PUBG Mobile has been on the rise since it’s release over a year ago, especially in the Esports industry. If you didn’t already know, we have a professional PUBG Mobile team currently competing in the PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO). The guys made it known that they wanted a spot in the Regional Finals and worked hard to get there. They were hungry, and placed 8th overall with a grand total of 178 points- Even scoring a few chicken dinners.
Let me give you a quick recap of what this all means: In order for our team to qualify for Regional Finals they needed to make it in the top 16 out of 24 teams. Once at the Regional Finals they need to place in the top 3 to qualify in the Global Finals. Fortunately, all of the points that were earned during Semi Finals will be reset to 0 giving everyone a fresh start- But there will be only 10 matches to play in order to make that top 3 spot. The boys really need to give it 110% and we have high hopes all of the hard work the team has put in will give them that chance to place in the top 3.
It’s safe to say that the teams competing this weekend will be giving it their all in order to make that top 3 cut for a ticket into the Global Finals. We are looking forward to seeing our team play and are excited to cheer them on. Let’s show our boys some #stackthedeck love and join in on the Regional Finals on October 19th 11:00pm EST. You can watch it unfold live right here!
