Wildcard gaming has entered the hunt! What hunt you may ask? Well if you don’t know already, you know NOW! Wildcard Gaming has signed one of the most consistent rosters in PUBG Mobile, OPGG, and after being out of the scene for several month we definitely have one thing to say… “It’s good to be back”!!
With PUBG Mobile continuing to push into the world of mobile esports, a $2,000,000 prize pool was recently announced which generated a massive amount of ‘hype’ around the ever growing title, enticing Wildcard towards a serious second look at teams in the PUBG Mobile space. Tencent Games and PUBG Corp. are running the Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile Club Open 2019 (PMCO 2019), which will be a competitive, year-long event featuring both semi-professional and professional caliber players from all over the world. Players will face off against each other in squad-based matches and the most consistent and highest fragging teams will take the largest chunk of the cake (or pie, whichever you like more.) The newly signed Wildcard Gaming all star roster is registered, locked, loaded, and ready to go. We are excited to share our newest additions to the family, please welcome….
Wildcard’s Team Captain and IGL, “Ranger”!
Ranger started his gaming career at the age of 6 when he first played Halo and fell in love with first person shooters. Since then, he has played Call of Duty and League of Legend at a semi-professional level. Now, he is the In Game Leader for Wildcard Gaming’s PUBG Mobile Team where he strives to be one of the best Fraggers and IGLs in North America.
Let’s hear it for… “illusions”!
Illusions started his competitive mobile FPS career playing Critical Ops in late 2015. After months of playing PUBG Mobile at the competitive level, illusions is now playing as a starter for Wildcard Gaming’s professional roster.
GI – Joe fans make some noise for… “Cobra”!
Cobra has played PUBG Mobile competitively for a little over a year. He started playing casually with real life friends and eventually noticed that his skills were above average so in season 2, he actively began to compete in several large tournaments.
Make some noise for the God of Thunder (and fragging of course) “Zeus”!
Zeus started his FPS gaming career back in 2011 with black ops 1, playing both multiplayer as well as zombie game modes on PS3. He later moved on to Modern Warfare 3 and ended his Call Of Duty career on Black Ops 2. In 2018, he began his PUBG Mobile career where he held the #1 kill ranking spot in North America TPP in Season 5 with an impressive 17 KDR. Now, he is a Fragger for Wildcard Gaming’s PUBG Mobile competitive roster and hopes to be one of the best gunners in the professional scene.
What’s thunder without a little, well you know… Let’s hear it for “Rain”!
Rain started his Mobile career playing Rules of Survival ranking #1 and maintaining Top 100 throughout his career. After months of competing and achieving Top Leaderboards in PUBG Mobile, rain is known as one of the top Snipers and Fraggers in North America and is now competing for Wildcard Gaming’s PUBG Mobile Team.
Let us all give a big round of applause for our newest team and members of the Wildcard family! We wish everyone all the best as we prepare for a glorious year in competitive PUBG Mobile. As always, make sure to follow, like, and share so everyone knows that Wildcard… is back!!! #WCWIN
