As everyone saw last raid tier the team ended up parting ways due to conflicting goals, opinion, and schedules. This was aired very publicly within the WoW community and was filled with feedback from all sides.  As an organization we tried to work with the raid team to do what was best for the individuals as that is the foundation of Wildcard Gaming.  We know how hard it is to fill 3-4 man teams, and WoW during the launch weeks, both heroic and mythic takes a tool both in and out of the game. Everyone will have their opinion and perhaps pick a side in the drama, but that is what the internet does.  We stand behind all decisions made by the raid team, and feel it was better for all parties involved rather than just do something for a brand, individuals, or a sponsor.  Wildcard did not leave WoW, we just fell out of the top 10 race for Battle of Dazar’alor.

As the race wound down as an organization we continue to work with the remaining players and TMsean to figure out the next steps.  The team decided that they wanted to move servers to get away from the events that had transpired.  The team landed on US, Sargeras as an  Alliance Guild, “WC Gaming”.  It was from here that the raid team begin recruiting and raiding again.   As with any new guild many trialed and in the end we felt that the core was strong enough to push mythic with a silent goal of still falling within the top 100 world.

On March 12, 2019 the Raid team completed its quest and downed Lady Jaina Proudmoore to become the 96 guild in the world to do so.  Within the US rankings they came in 29th overall.  We were not only surprised but amazed that the raid team was able to go through such drama and yet stay focused on the task at had #stackthedeck. Currently the team is sitting on a top 20 Item Level and poised to come full steam ahead for Crucible of the Storms.  We a lot planned, so be ready for content and some top level kill announcements.

Thanks to the entire raid team for making it all working, and coming out on top.  We eagerly await the release of the next tier to show the world that we are here to stay!!!
